In order to coordinate a very robust program, we kindly ask you to follow our guidelines closely. The official language of ICNPU-2027 is English. No simultaneous translation will be provided.

Oral presenter instructions
ICNPU-2027 has four types of oral presentations:

5 min for Q&A

+ 3 min for Q&A
Presentation files
Acceptable file formats: PowerPoint or PDF. Please kindly supply your file the day before your session.
Keep to your time slot. To ensure the smooth running of the conference program and avoid being interrupted by session chairs, please make sure in advance that your lecture fits the respective time slot.

Poster presenter instructions
Two poster sessions, on 27 and 28 May 2027, are envisaged. With the final program of ICNPU-2027, the organizing committee will supply the poster numbers and their assignment to each poster session.

- Find your board. Posters should be mounted on the assigned boards. For your convenience, the poster number will be posted on the board prior to setup.
- Check the dimensions. Poster size is 80 cm × 120 cm (portrait). Larger posters may not fit the boards supplied.
- Stay with your poster. The Best Poster Award selection committee will visit all posters. Please make sure that the poster is accompanied by its presenter throughout the session.
- Take down your poster after the session. Any posters left up beyond the session will, unfortunately, be discarded.
